On the 24th, Otis-Bison Junior High students, along with La Crosse and Hays junior high students, participated in a leadership conference led by Joe Coles. Mr. Coles has been in education for over 40 years and works to help individuals become better leaders.
Students went through a number of team building exercises and learned about appropriate behavior both offline and online. They also learned about ways to stop bullying behavior.
