Parent teacher conferences will be held on Monday, October 18th from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Preschool from 12:00 - 8:00). Please schedule a time with your child's classroom teacher to attend their conference. Conferences will be held in person but may be virtual upon request.
Junior High and High School conferences will be a "come and go" set up with all teachers located in the HS gym from 2:00 - 8:00 PM.
Instructions to Schedule Elementary Conferences:
Visit the school website: https://www.usd403.org On the right side of the page, look for the Blue circular buttons. “Elementary Schedule Student Conference.” and click the button. Or you can type the below URL directly into your browser: Elementary Conferences - https://www.usd403.org/elementary-conference
Under the teacher name, choose "Schedule Conference." Click October 18th if it isn't already selected and then choose a time slot for your conference.
After choosing the time, click confirm. Enter your name and email and any notes you'd like to pass on to the teacher.
Hit Schedule Event. You'll receive an email to confirm the event.
On the date and time of your event, please arrive just a few minutes early as some teachers may have a tight schedule to follow for the evening.
